The Subscription Period will start on the date Customer’s account is billed and continues for a period of 12 months. Subscriptions automatically renew for successive one-year terms unless either party provides at least thirty (30) days' written notice of non-renewal. All fees are due Net30 terms from the date billed. Customer may purchase additional subscriptions for authorized users for a fee of $500.00 per user.

This Order Form and Customer’s use of the Elite Agronomics™ Application are subject to the Subscription Agreement.
